In a 1-2-1 yoga session you will be able to explore the practice of yoga postures, breathing and meditation as you need.
All 1-2-1 sessions are held at The Studio, Warwick
and taught by Tracey
These sessions are suitable for the following:
— Just starting out on the path of yoga and not quite ready to attend a class.
— Been practicing a yoga for a while and wish to explore the practice in more depth.
— Have a number of limitations and not sure if yoga would suit you, an individual session may get you started.
— Prefer to work alone
In an individual session you can explore the practice of yoga in a way that suits you.
