I have been studying yoga for just over 5 years.
I came to yoga after a very long and messy divorce, which left me severely depressed and having to rebuild my life.
Yoga (and my first teacher Janey Railton) helped me through my depression and made me realise how amazing yoga can be.
I have studied a Foundation Course with the British Wheel of Yoga, and am currently studying with the British Wheel of Yoga for my Yoga Diploma which involves learning about all aspects of yoga including the history and philosophy of yoga.
I spend my free time attending various yoga classes, which has exposed me to different teachers and different styles of yoga. I have also attended many workshops over the county which has just enforced my love of yoga and desire to teach.
